Event Tickets

You can cancel an event ticket up to 24 hours ahead of the event.

Please contact bookloversbookshopedi@gmail.com to cancel your order.

Authorised refunds will be processed within 28 days. Refunds for event tickets are only available if you cancel 24 hours before the event (this does include book + ticket ticket options).

If you purchased a book with your ticket and were unable to attend the event, we will hold your book for you for up to a month. If the book is personalized, we will hold it for however, long is needed to be picked up.

Online Orders

Most online orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 working days after ordering, depending on stock availability.

For signed, special editions, or any stock where there is limited quantity available: If any damage happens during transit, we will do our best to replace the item free of charge. If the item is out of stock and/or no longer available, we will refund the customer for their order.

If you purchased an item and it has yet to be sent, you can refund your purchase. To do so, please contact us at bookloversbookshopedi@gmail.com.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders

Books will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of of the book’s release. If there are delays, customers will be contacted about said issues.

Pre-Orders can be fully refunded up to 24 hours before a book’s release.

Pre-Orders are only available for shipping within the UK. If non-UK details are provided for shipping the book out, we will offer you a full refund as we will not be able to complete the order.

If an order is placed for pick up in store, we will hold the book for up to 2 months before returning the book to our stock.
